We select each skin for its extraordinary density, volume, and softness, as well as for its elegant, clean, and bright natural white tone, free from the usual yellowish hues.

For this reason, it does not need to be washed as frequently as many synthetic materials. For regular care, simply airing it out, shaking it, and gently brushing the wool to restore its volume is sufficient.

Can it be used throughout the year?
Yes. Merino sheepskin is naturally thermoregulating: it helps retain heat when it is cold and promotes air circulation and moisture wicking when temperatures rise. This is why it provides a comfortable microclimate for the baby in both winter and summer.
Won't it be too hot in the summer?
Although it may seem like it, Merino wool does not act like a synthetic material. Its fibers allow air to circulate and absorb moisture, wicking it away from the baby's skin to help keep them dry and comfortable.
Is it suitable from birth?
Yes, the mömo Merino Stroller can be used from birth, always following the safety and usage instructions provided by your stroller's manufacturer.
Is it compatible with my stroller?
Its universal design is compatible with most strollers and pushchairs with three- or five-point harnesses. Due to the variety of existing models, we recommend checking the measurements and the layout of the harness openings beforehand.
How is it put on?
You just need to insert the stroller's straps and harness through the corresponding openings and place the liner over the seat. You can check out our installation video to see the step-by-step process.
How do you keep it clean?
Merino sheepskin contains lanolin, a natural wax that helps protect its fibers and repel some moisture and dirt. Additionally, the structure of the wool helps manage moisture and prevent the buildup of unpleasant odors, so it does not need to be washed as frequently as many synthetic materials. For regular care, we recommend airing it out, shaking it, and gently brushing the wool.
What should I do if a small stain appears?
We recommend cleaning only the affected area with a damp cloth and a mild product specifically for wool. Avoid soaking the leather and let it dry naturally, away from direct sunlight and any heat source.
IS IT REALLY MERINO SHEEPSKIN?
Yes. It is made from 100% Australian Merino sheepskin, carefully selected for its density, softness, and quality.
Can it lose some hair?
During the first few uses, it may naturally shed some loose fibers. This is normal and does not affect the quality or durability of the product. Shaking and gently brushing it will help remove loose fibers and restore its volume.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Merino sheepskin is naturally soft and breathable. Furthermore, our Merino is certified according to the OEKO-TEX® Leather Standard and REACH, ensuring the control of potentially harmful substances. Does it have antibacterial properties?
Merino wool naturally manages moisture and helps hinder the development of unpleasant odors, allowing the product to stay fresh for longer and require fewer washes. To avoid absolute claims, we prefer to describe it as a naturally odor-resistant material that is easy to keep fresh.
