RETURNS
You can request a return for your order within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
As a small business, we cannot cover return shipping costs. The corresponding fees will be deducted from the refund amount:

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

The baby's nose and mouth should always be clear.
Baby high and tight
Your baby should be high enough for you to kiss their head without straining. Your carrier's waistband should sit above your hips, not on them, and the straps should be snug, not loose. Take a moment to adjust and reposition—your back and your baby will thank you.

The baby's back should be slightly rounded, in a natural C-position, without forcing it straight.
"M" position legs
The knees should be higher than the bottom, with the fabric well extended from hollow to hollow. The mömo baby carrier has a hidden system in the waistband, which allows you to adapt the size of your baby carrier so that it grows with your baby from newborn (3.6 - 20kg)
Snug Fit
